All prices are in USD; your scope and quote are agreed before work begins. Phone, AI, CRM, hosting, storage, and other provider costs continue after setup. For handoff or light care, your clinic pays providers directly. With managed delivery, the quote specifies direct billing or approved, itemized provider charges through AigenSols. Operating costs are separate from service fees unless explicitly included in writing; setup does not include lifetime hosting or unlimited calls.
